Let the brain eating apocalypse begin! Stayed up far to late watching What I hate about you, and promptly slept through my alarm the next morning. Came to late for the Friday Football, and only managed a tie even though we were up 7-3 with 20 minutes to go. Came to work and found out that I had managed to muck up in a massive manner the assessment process for two students. Thankfully the strike is over, but what this means is that everyone is stressed out of their mind over all the things that hasn't been done yet. And all the while I just want to go back to bed.


Dear fuck, why? Don't download Catan for you smartphone - it's worse than crack! Stayed up till five in the morning playing a bleeding app on my phone. FML.

Just came to an unpleasant realisation that my friends at university will have completed their degree in 3 years. I'll be done in 5. The intervening years look to be very lonely indeed.

It won't you'll make friends for those years as well. Of my close friends in 1st year, I was only still friends with one them by the end of my third year. Plenty of time Aint, don't worry about it mate.

Sounds like what happened to me.

I was kinda fortunate in that most of them did not move far. You'll get to go visit them.

Watching the Ireland game and it's really frustrating. We've a very limited side, but it's hard seeing some crucial decisions going against them.

Heartburn. Pretty vile one, too, I usually don't mind them much, but this... make me want to throw up every few minutes. Grrrrr

I just had 11 days off, due to a fortuitous combination of surgery, recovery and a public holiday.

Tomorrow I go back to work. And I'm still quite sore.

I almost want to go have the surgery again. :p

Not till next April probably, HBO are asshats and would rather cash in on getting people ramped up for the next season by releasing the seasons right before the debut of the next...instead of the normal practice of releasing the sets a few months after they air...in this case one would expect it in Oct, or Nov, but you won't see it till spring sadly.
