Smoking since I was about 13/14... ;)
Bloody terrible habit, Ive tried giving up a good few times, but I find it very hard to deal with stress without smokes, so I feel your pain!

A good number of the boys at my work use dipping tobacco. Makes me want to fucking throw up every time I see it.

smoked on and off in my youth, cost too much, so i quit. i find monetary reasonig very strengthing to will power.

yeah, price of cigarettes went up by 0.75 euro per pack when I was still smoking, and they reduced packsize by 2 as well... really made quiting all that much easier. Not that I was a heavy smoker to begin with - just when going out/ while drinking.

This has always struck me as the most obvious reason not to smoke... think of all the bacon you could be buying instead! :p
