That reminds me that I promised you a bread receipe a while ago and I comletly forgot about it ^_^

Anyway, here it is:

Ingredients:
500 g spelt flour
500 g sunflower seeds
50 g pumpkin seeds
50 g flax seed
50 g sesame
2 teaspoons salt
1 block of yeast (42g)

Mix all the ingredients and then add 500 ml lukewarm water and mix it all into a dough.

Add to table spoons of cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar

Mix it again.

Put it into a cake tin and bake at 190° in a convection oven or 210° in a usual oven.

No waiting is required at any point during the process.

Met the woman I've been replacing and my boss.

Good news everyone!
1). The current plan is I'm staying on for the next week, huzzah.
2) since she's not feeling 100%, I'm going to be splitting responsibilities with her, as she's coming back next week. I've got to meet with her to catch her back up and talk about how we're going to work together.
3) she's extremely cute.

I have purchased a onesie styled like a monkey with a tail and a hood that has ears. I will be wearing this to work tomorrow to raise money for Macmillan. It will be glorious.

I had a great weekend away from it all, camping in the cascade mountains with my wife and doggie. It was wonderful. Also, two great friends married each other last weekend, I was in the wedding and it was a blast. Nerdy wedding, I wore a Green Lantern shirt under my tux and the request of the groom.
