Got up this morning at 630 to frame my garage and for the first time in 3 days, its not raining!

Got back from a week of skiing in Meribel today. It had been 5 years since I last went, and I had a blast. Awesome snow conditions, skiing, etc. (it all came right back), great company, excellent food...overall just a great time.

HAd a pretty good night.
Was a "drink your belt" social with the taekwondow society so im now fairly drunk.
the only problem was that when we were trying to get into the sugarhouse (Student union club) the bouncers thought i looked like a drug dealer theyd thrown out before so they stopped our group while they checked :S

My first attempt at making onigiri went wrong on so many levels that I was sure not even the pigeons would be willing to eat the results... but against all odds, the ugly stuff turned out to be edible. Delicious, even...

The problem with people who have no vices is that generally you can be pretty sure they're going to have some pretty annoying virtues.

Was invited around to someones house for Sunday roast and it made me forget all about missing the Karnivool concert tonight *weeps slightly*

Also, the new Orphaned Land album gets better with every listen.

Got dragged out of the kitchen to meet three separate customers today who told me they had just eaten the best Sunday lunch of their life. Result! Happy Mother's day to all you little old ladies.

Just joined a new gym, it's so ace, and a really good deal... I feel dead from being pushed too hard, but that's a good thing! Gonna be buff soon enough.
