Just paid the final payment on two of our debts!

Halfway to having everything paid off.

Spent the week trying to convince my Blissling that she is a leprechaun because she has red hair and green eyes. She isn't buying it, but at least I've taught her to tell everyone that she is up to shenanigans.

The first wave of shit blooming outside is almost done and I've barely needed my meds. I'm still dreading the next month when the birch will be blooming, but I'm cautiously optimistic that the immune therapy seems to be paying off :p Which is great as my arms feel like they're about to fall off from the current batch of shots.

My current job has me travelling at a minimum of 300 km (the average so far has been 600) from home every week. Kind of destabilising. Luckily I'm footloose and fancy free and hotels have internet connections that don't suck now.
One clear advantage though, suggested by my step-brother, was to use these trips as a way to visit local microbreweries. That is the plan today. Heading out to hang out in scenic country and drink good beer.

I've spent the past five hours cutting pictures of plants and animals out of old gardening magazines as I drink tea and watch Grand Designs.

Finally got my passing grade on the Librarian course I finished in January. It took 2 months for the grade to come through (my own mistake) but I got a B. I am fucking ecstatic.

I had a ton of problems with the empirical evidence I collected for my analysis so I was certain I was going to get my ass handed to me. I haven't spoken with my councillor yet about the paper but who cares?! I got a fucking B!

Now if somebody would just hire me...

Went to lunch with my father, step-mom and three of my stepsibs yesterday and man, what a feast. I also found out that my two stepsisters-in law are pregnant (one due mid-August, the other early September) AND my stepsister is engaged, though it hasn't been officially announced yet. A part of me was kind of like "damn, now my life seems even less interesting" but thankfully that was a fleeting thought, and in my mind I am already helping decorate nusreries.

Oh, and then after we gorged ourselves my dad took me to an Italian bakery and bought me cannoli, two of which were last night's supper. It's a wonder that my digestive system is still functioning. Good times, good times.

"What are they doing to the panda, Mummy?"

"They're...*looks at tv to see a vet stick an electrified dildo into a panda's anus*...woah! Okay, not where I thought this documentary was going. Um..."

Cue awkward conversation about artificial insemination.

😅😅😅

Wait a minute. When you say "electrified" you mean powered by electricity? Or like ZAP!!?

They said it was called 'electrified ejaculation'. The use an electrical pulse to stimulate the prostate whilst manually stimulating the penis in order to cause ejaculation.

The panda was knocked out cold so I guess they need to really work for the result?

That's some dedicated vets right there.

Imagine that on your resume: Pandawanker. Pandaprober. Pandajizzmopper.
