I've gained 6lbs in about a week. Bulking is going well.

I'm down 18 pounds. Still going to yoga at least four times a week at minimum, no soda in over a month. Also no energy drinks in over a month, which is an improvement from two or three energy drinks and several sodas a day. Caffeine is a hell of a drug.

A little self-plug, but I ask some indulgence as I'm quite excited!

I write a blog about my experiences of chronic illness, just because it seemed to be something I found through networking that a lot of people were too scared to do for fear of others reactions. I'm a balshy little madam so took it upon myself to do so. It's been quite cathartic for me but the thing making me so excited and happy is that it's about to break 5000 views having been going just shy of three months. With such a niche subject matter and me only posting usually once a week, I'm completely overwhelmed!

I had been neglecting my abs for a while, since they are hidden under my keg, if you know what I mean. So I absolutely destroyed them. Can still feel a little soreness in the top set (right over the diaphragm) and my obliques.

Oh it's nasty and patchy and not very attractive at all. I'll make a beard progress thread... or I might just do a beard growing thread in general if anyone wants to partake haha. Also, from the time I've gotten out of the Marine Corps until now, I've gone from 206 to 217. God I love eating 4500 calories a day on a clean diet. Im going to get huge. lol

Compound lifts mate! You'll hit your abs harder than a lot of abdominal isolation. Or just plank the shit out of yourself on the reg. Good stuff though mang.

actually tried to chat up a girl a couple of evenings past. crashed and burned something wicked, but I did attempt it. come to think of it, I actually did kinda hope I'd fail and was just passing the time, but it seems like a big step forward in moving on

Pretty much finished course, got back from field yesterday arvo and my car was fully fixed! Not only that but they had completely detailed it - looks brand new! :p

Went to bed at 4pm yesterday and didn't wake up until 730 this morning. :p

Now I'm going to get a massage. A proper one - no happy endings besides muscles un-knotted. :p

Then after that I'm going to get a large King William chocolate Boost with 5 extra serves of chocolate! Yummmmmmmmm! :p

On top of that, I get to go home next Friday! Can't wait! I've missed them all, especially my boy - apparently he's grown quite a bit since I came down here at the start of April. There will be big :p
