I skipped out on trivia with my friends this week for a couple reasons, mostly that since I'm the one that shows up early to get us a table and that's a colossal time sink.

They could not find a table, had to split up, and didn't win any money (which we usually do).

In conclusion, they agreed that since I show up like 2 hours early, it's worth it to them to comp me some pizza and beer.

I leave for sunny Jamaica in two days. Mentally, I am already there.
Theorizing that one could poop within his own lifetime, Doctor Poopet led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top secret project, known as QUANTUM POOP. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Doctor Poopet, prematurely stepped into the Poop Accelerator and vanished. He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Epic April fools burn by Karnivool on Facebook. Basically told everyone that the new album that has been a few years in the coming and they have been in the studio to do in the past few weeks was going nowhere and they were scrapping and deleting everything. Cue lots of rage and sadness. Then "Hey everyone... April 'VOOLS!'" Actual genuine relief! Was so gutted when I read the first bit!!!

Spent the weekend at my mum's, went to the movies and saw GI Joe, which was awesome, played Army of Two: Devil's Cartel with my brother, helped a friend move, went to a concert and got drunk with an old buddy of mine, and later today a friend is coming over for some drinking and sewing :sweat:
