It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

Some of us noobs are fantastically fantastic. Ridiculously radical. Totally tubular. Have I reverted to a 1980's California movie script? Dude. Yep, there it is.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

Yay Pics :p I will check them out definitely

I just got back from my brothers gig, it was great fun, they played well - especially considering how utterly trashed they were. The lead singer/guitar was awesome, he is very talented. He fell over and didn't miss a note/beat/whatever. Also played on the floor for a bit. And of course the drums (my brother) were great. When I left he had found 5 of his 9 drumsticks :p Why he brought 9 and not 10 and I don't know. I also managed to see 4 boobs that do not belong to me somehow... still not sure how that happened. Oh and a random older chick decided that it was a good idea to literally crawl onto the stage and start playing tetris with the gear, mid set. That was just hilarious!!!

And we had ice cream afterwards, ice cream is great. Lucy and miss Shiara are good company :p

Edit: And wine, though it doe not help the typing skills

@Centz - Umm...what are tetras? Wiki/Google tells me they're a species of freshwater fish. That can't be what you were referring to...or could it? :p

Illy, Paleman and I came up with a great idea that (hopefully) hasn't been done before:

A beer keg inside a dalek. Maybe called a Beerlek, or a dalekeg.

Not only do you get geek cred, but beer cred as well. You can take it around and get pissed on the go. It's all win.

Instead of weapons, you have taps.

I must investigate google images ...

Ahh...tetris. That makes marginally more sense. :p

My Dad turned 60 today. We had a nice convo on the phone this morning. He's celebrating his 60th by working on his boat, answering phone calls from well-wishers. No party. No cake. No big deal, he says. Well, Dad, I'm happy you made it to 60! I hope you've got another 20 years left in ya!

He's awesome.
