So I've been trying to teach myself guitar- and I think I've got most of the chords!

Sitting down with Shiara on our comfy new office chairs for a tasty lunch and a few hours of gaming together.

Talked to my insurance company and the dude suing me is doing so on dubiously fraudulent grounds. His car was repaired on my insurance's dime, and now he's reporting it totalled- and my insurance refuses to reevaluate the damages BECAUSE THEY ALREADY FIXED THEM.

He would have been off worse because the jeep would have hit him on the left side where he was sitting and he send an eye witness report claiming that the stoplights were functioning and his and mine were green (he was leaving the industrial area and I was entering it).

So about four/five months later his insurance company finally transferred the money to my bank account.

What is making me happy is that I finally got my car back from the garage.

It was there for about 1 month and 8 days while it was standing 95% of the time outside of the garage on a parking spot.

Finished writing my thesis this afternoon, still have a month and a half until it's due. Feeling pretty good about where I am right now. Just gotta edit the damn thing now.
