The amount of unhealthy/garlicky shit I will cook and consume tomorrow during the 1st stage of the Tour (yes, technically the 2nd) and the Euro finals. Homemade guacamole, homemade aioli, olives that I'm going to make a seperate oil for, devilled eggs WITH BACON, chicken paella (one of the visitors doesn't like things that swim, sadly), peaches with almond cookies, strawberry and wine filling (might even crack open champagne)... yumm. Add a ton of ciabatta, spanish and italian sausage (yes, there's a method to the madness) and about a bath-tub of french cheese.... that final'd better go to penalties!

The fact that you have Kylie Minogue on your iPod explains why you were walking through the Pride celebrations.

There's something wrong with you....

Making me happy is that even though I have to write progress reports (rating them on their study-habits, etc and giving a few sentences of comments) for 47 kids, nobody's going to look at them closely, much less complain back to me.

So I'm going to write probably the ~20 that matter, and copy-paste the rest.

Had nice dinner at Flick's house, then played Black Ops and MW3 on the PS3 for the first time. Flick was all 'oh, I've got level 47 in Blops multiplayer, oh, what was the last time you played a console FPS? Years ago? Excellent!' and then out of six free for all split screen matches I won the first five in row and then she wasn't happy with me at all. Totally worth it. Only downside is no co-op campaign for either game which is pretty ass, personally.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Woke up to a loud scratching sound under the bed and a weird hocking sound. Visions of multiple horror flicks flashed threw my mind. Poltergeist? Possession? Critters?

But no, no. Nothing so exciting. Turns out Raraku had simply gotten herself stuck between a couple of boxes. And the hocking sound was just Kalam doing what I suspect was the cat version of laughing.

Just got the word that i might be going on a trip to Ecuador next month helping some doctors doing charity work out there. I get to be a general helper i think, as well as photographing the whole thing for them. Considering the fact that I'm trying to get into the photography side of things more seriously, this is a great opportunity that has come out of the blue.

Fingers crossed it'll all happen, but it's definitely made me happy right now!!!

They've made a movie based on the true story of The Sapphires. Even better, it has Chris O'Dowd in it :)
