It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

I've been looking for a sung version of a Gaelic tune I know well, it's a really beautiful song but I'd only been able to find a small recording from the BBC of it before with Calum Kennedy singing it and now I have found it on iTunes, which I got vouchers for at Christmas, good times!

As a reward for my "hard work" during final exams, my nonni gave me a card. With, oh, a measly 500 bucks in it :) now I'm off to sell my English books for more sweet, cashy money :)

The discussion I've been having with Lucifer's Heaven on Facebook. Ah, such joy. :)

(See the 'groove' thread for the other half to this tragic tale...:))

Far far faaaaar too pleased with myself for purchasing a Dehumidifier. The joys of being a responsible adult. This thing could be life changing!!! No more de-moulding the bathroom every 2 weeks, washing drying in under 3 days, no more puddles at the bottom of the fridge.

Epic game of Through the Ages: A Story of Civilization today. (If you haven't played it, it's pretty much a board game equivalent of Civilization the computer game). 4-player game meant a 6 hour marathon. I was trailing in last place going into the final turn, but managed to catch up 60 points on the leader in the last round to end up losing on the last card by a single point, 201-200. Awesome fun, even with the amount of time investment that went in, and the nailbiting finish was the cherry on top :).

Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

Mrs. QT is spinning into BestBuy to grab herself a Wii game and MONEYBALL...and is picking me up the "Next Level" tester disc of STAR TREK: TNG BluRay! Woohoo!

Son of a...she couldn't get it, none of the stores here (that actually list it on their website as coming out today) can even find reference to it when she asks.

Ah well, it's not like I needed to have it today or anything.

Nevermind, she got me one! A woohoo.
