Had a surprise pre-birthday supper with my dad last night (the same dad who forgot my birthday two years in a row) and my step mother got me a whole bunch of gift cards...from Chapters, Second Cup, Winners, La Senza, and etc. Seriously, I think I have ten different cards, it's a veritable shopping spree! And I normally loathe getting gift cards but this made me happy. :harhar:

Wee, got new high score in Game of Nerds.

It's totally depressing that that makes me happy, but there you have it.

Also, going to London on Friday...yay! Can't wait to spend ridiculous amounts of money on perdy dresses, even though I have so many I don't know what the fuck I'm supposed to do with them, and I'm pretty goddamm good at making my own dresses, but shopping....yay! And also, drunkeness and dancing, looking untold forward to that as well.

Also also, for some reason I'm feeling slightly optimistic today. I've decided to quit my job and move to Oslo, which is the first step on the road to getting my life back together, or started, really. Hopefully. I'll see how it goes. Won't be until January, anyways.
