Finally got the ball rolling on one teeny weeny job on my giant list of tasks with 1st May deadlines. Broken my duck, so to speak. I feel marginally further away from my impending April nervous breakdown, which is a good thing!!

I'm happy because I'll be spending the whole day with my gf tomorrow. It's been too long. I am quite nervous about my Contest position though...good things might happen...

This day has been awesome so far. Got to sleep in late, woke up to find the apartment clean, and it's sunny and warm outside! The best news though is a job interview scheduled for next week. I initially had a summer job lined up but that employer screwed me over and didn't bother telling me until earlier in the week. Considering this happens to be the end of exams it means most decent summer jobs have already been snatched up by students, so I figured there was no chance. However, the competition of my past job IS hiring students and they seem impressed by my previous experience (6 years spent between all departments, predominately drafting). So now I've got an interview and will hopefully get hired full time.

Weather outside's kickass today, and it makes itimpossible for me to worry about my exam tomorrow,
also, I got new headphones yesterday, and am rediscovering the joy of stereo sound.

My 2nd favourite football team are holding their own against AIJ's aforementioned football team. About time. Haven't had a good match in years.
