This is an amazing creamy delicious day of sports- I'm listening to the Texas-Missouri baseball game in the Big 12 tournament and if Texas wins(they're ahead 3-1 in the 5th inning) they'll play again at 4pm to determine who goes to the championship game tomorrow. 1pm ManU v Barca- freaking fantastic match-up and super pumped to watch that. The NCAA lacrosse semi-finals start at 3pm with Denver-Virginia and then 5:30 with Duke-Maryland(sucks that Syracuse got bumped out early again this year). Finally UFC 130 starts with prelims on Spike at 7pm and then the PPV at 8- beautiful glorious day of beer drinking, steak grilling and sports watching. :apt:

I have a shiny new smartphone, and no longer have to put up with whatever crap 3 decide to throw at me this week. Also, the mobile skin on the forum makes a lot more sense on touchscreen :apt:

Yeah I do all my forum stuff on a smart phone.

That doesn't worry me too much, personally.

I'm also really excited because I got sent a free proof copy of Neal Asher's forthcoming novel in a brand new series, The Departure. Asher is my second-favourite author, after Erikson, so this is like getting the first Karkhanas novel early. Squee!
