Hehe, it's so painful watching them play sometimes.

Not sure 'happy' is the right term -

I have decided to attempt to play a PC game instead of a video game......whilst packing I came across some PC games I had been given (Modern Warfare, Guild Wars, some Star Wars game etc) so I thought it was time to once again try to start and complete a game on PC. I doubt it'll happen but who knows?

Anyways, I'm starting with Morrowind since Silencer gushes over it like I do over ME2 - hopefully that means it will be good *fingers crossed*

THIS. Has just made my day!!!!!

:D

(Granted, prepare yourself for seriously outdated graphics, and a slooooooooooooooow game. Combat is awkward, running is generally a bad idea/best done in short parts, transportation across the HUGE world costs money if you want to get somewhere major quick, elsewise prepare for a long and probably dangerous walk, you're weak as hell until at least level 10 (no real enemy scaling) and you are literally DROPPED INTO THE MIDDLE OF IT WITH HARDLY ANY GUIDES - no quest markers, verbal directions only, hardly any money, and a LOT of things to do. This game takes dedication, Loki, it's not an action-RPG. I hope you enjoy it, though, because I absolutely LOVE this game. Hell, hearing that you're playing it MAKES ME WANT TO PLAY IT AGAIN, and I sunk MONTHS if not more of play-time into the thing already...)

If you decide to try Guild Wars again and don't get bored, I'm currently doing odd things in it to unlock bonuses for Guild Wars 2 so I can help you deal with any boring parts to get to the entertaining missions and bosses of the game. As my guys are killing machines in it.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Had a great day yesterday at a Dark Ages & Fantasy Fair, and yay, it's in nearby areas another two times this year.

Quote

They went with songs to the battle, they were young.
Straight of limb, true of eyes, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

I love watching the ANZAC Day parade :D

I love watching our past servicemen and women marching with such gusto! Some of them can barely walk up stairs any other day of the year but somehow they manage to march every ANZAC Day - it's awesome :p

Half an hour til the Gallipoli Dawn Service is on TV and then it's the ANZAC Day football match.

Best day of the year :D

EDIT: Collingwood jumper at the Gallipoli dawn service - 5 years running!!! :D

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

It's not the 44 point lead we had last year but I'm happy :D

Making me happy - a stadium holding 100,000 people - dead quiet - bloody awesome! :p

EDIT: Collingwood's win over Essendon is making me VERY happy :D
