I managed to get one step further with the blond bartending lady at my local booze locale who smiles so winningly at me all the time... if only I had remembered her name, it'd be two steps

Neighbor was complaining about the noise last night (was having a bit of a party), but took the ancient crap-machine of a dog out for a walk today and it essentially rendered their lawn a biohazard. Like, prodigious quantities of foul, foul fecal matter.
