Yes, which is why we all thought Poms were such cheap bastards since they can't seem to handle much of our currency.

Like I said, online shopping disasssociated from reality. What have I done?!

We're having a quiet Christmas otherwise. Now spent sitting in elasticated waistbands and eating toblerone.

It makes REALLY good chocolate fondue.
Bonus if you dip fruit in it it's healthy.

Mum just came by for a quick weekend visit, hit the christmas market, and she dropped us off an 11l air fryer.

My goodness this thing is beefy. Big enough that we can cook 80% of our christmas dinner in it!

Just got done with leave the world behind.

I was just thrilled for this concept of a movie to be made. Shown to the masses.

Sponsorsed by the Obamas too!! And Barack gave notes on the making to make it more accurate. Lol awesome.

(We all know the powerful are major preppers. Notice where obama and bush bought there bug out property..put us military bases right near them too.)

I hope you all watch and have a equally fantastic day.

Remember you got to read the other news that doesnt make page one! Enjoy.

Its that time of year, bringing all the glittery cheer.
Yep, scrap cable time. I'd say we got half of our haul down to bare copper tonight, get the rest sorted on Monday and a mini bonus for lads come Wednesday when we cash it in

Got below 200 lbs for really the first time since maybe 8th grade? Long road with a lot of ups and downs. 360 lbs (that I ever saw on the scale, it was probably higher) at my highest so that’s a fair chunk. Just in time to go home for the holidays, where I will be assaulted by my mother’s baking. Lol going to allow myself a break and a small rebound, but I have to get back on it when I get home and not continue to spiral out of control like every other year.

We are mostly set for Christmas. Wife should find out today if Primark make her a permanent staffer there - obviously that would be MEGA. But beyond that we are essentially ready to go for next week.

Ah man I've followed this journey for a while on here and FB so I'm dead chuffed for you!

Making me happy is that someone pointed out that yesterday was the anniversary of the day someone threw a shoe at GWB and that gave me a chortle.

I passed my mock paralegal exam! :)

Talked myself out of a couple of correct answers (having originally written the correct ones) that would have been worth another 10% or so, and a few things to go over with course mentor, but six weeks out from the proper thing so have plenty of time to revise and polish. Our mentor said it was a beast of a paper with some questions not dissimilar from the type that come up on the advanced qualification (which she will be feeding back), so passing a harder paper than usual feels good!

Ah that's great news! I knew you'd do it! I've also fallen foul of the "hmm maybe I should change that answer" and then finding out my first answer was correct so I know the feeling haha.

Congrats though, hopefully this will give you the boost to get the real thing done. :)
