I have such a non sexual man crush on UK's Prof. Brian Cox. I could listen and watch him explain shit about space all day long and am now deeply absorbed with his new show Hacking the Universe.

Too right.
He's the next David Attenborough in the making.

2 random facts about him: 1) he's from Oldham where I currently live & my wife is from. 2) he used to be in the band D:Ream who had one hit that everyone knows "Things can Only get Better" :)

Yesterday, upon the stair, I saw a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. Oh, how I wish he'd go away.

Bloody hell, we were actually participating in it? So much for 6 years of high school history, I thought we might have been on the French side.

Nobody, but nobody will be able to watch this without feeling happy. It's the happiest video I have seen in... well, in forever. Just totally made me smile from ear to ear.

Wine. One of the few perks of my part-time job is occasionally getting free bottles of wine I'd usually never dish the money out for :) ;)

I just discovered Battlestar Galactica on Amazon prime.

I've always just missed it, or the start, and never got round to seeing it - and I just found the whole lot free on prime.

Watched the first intro mini series - blown away by how good this is so far!
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.
