The lime curd I just made is darn near perfect, if I do say so myself. Putting it in a tart for a dinner party tomorrow at Casa del McLovin.

I totally went out and got a girls numbers number tonight...I am really not big on scottsdale game. or bars...or impressing random women....in a 10 minute convo..i'm a dork.
I limited the conversation to...doomsday stuff..my buddies have banned me from talked about this...(sadly)....
My super cool friends hate this...but I talked big on Harry potter and books...hah! earned me points and she coughed up a number...

A family friend is graduating from college today. His nickname is "Charmander", which is one of the Pokemon.
I was tasked with the makings of a graduation card for him and came up with this.

I am counting the hours til I get home..My Dr. Strangelove, dvd is sitting in front of my house right now awaiting me. My last one strangely disappeared from my movie collection and it has taken me entirely too long to replace it. Woohoo!

That pushed this woman to become INCREDIBLE at handling whatever batshit insane thing anyone said to her and getting people to calm down and consider things in a new light.
But the point of my story is that to this day, FIFTY-ONE years after that brilliant movie came out (and many scientific studies performed), people still get really bonkers about fluoridation of water.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

I bet she had some hilarious stories. Everyone should have at least one job dealing with Joe public. I still have flashbacks from the calls I had to answer at a nature park I worked at for a couple of years.

Got the all clear from my supervisor. Granted it was provisonal and over the phone, but a big weight off my shoulders
