No idea what he likes, budget is $100-$200 AUD

According to my currency converter app that works out about £50-100 so yeah there is a massive range. Will have a think but in the meantime browse The Whisky Exchange as you can browse by price etc. They may even have it in AUD but if it is all in Sterling try the 50-100 range. :)

Had a great day out with a friend. The zoo was closed, unfortunately, so we ended up at the natural history museum and promptly stumbled into their current 'Evolution and Sexuality' exhibition..

To quote my friend: 'Hey, what kind of animal is that? Oh, wait, forget it, that's the penis of a sperm whale.'
Puck: 'Take a look at that dolphin model over there.'
Friend: 'Noooo, I'm never going to see dolphins the same way again!'

:)

Got new glasses, new prescription, everything looks wonky. Had my last pair for 13 years, give or take. No headache (yet), but I think I can see through clothes.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Recently had a similar experience... although I feel somewhat shortchanged in that I can't see through anything!

Happy me? I'm car shopping. Time to let the old girl go to the garage in the sky, and I'm amusing myself with all the hilarious colours I could potentially get my model of choice in... I've no idea why but the idea of a car you require sunglasses to look at comfortably tickles me immensely. Posted Image

last day of work today and finish in 2 hours, back in January 2nd. Half way through my final year of uni with just a project to hand in, finally finished my collection of Malazan signed limited hardbacks, Christmas is going to be awesome, moving back to staffordshire early next year where all my family and friends are, priced up some amazing Watson gym equipment that given my new wage, i can now easily afford...Been an extremely good year!!! :)

I could post this in both threads to be honest, but it seems the most appropriate here. I'm at work for the next four hours, holding the fort so to speak, in case something turns up that needs to be dealt with today. Well, if something turns up before 12 at least.

I'm the youngest, and I have no children.

Now, the situation might sound a little sad, but to be honest I rather enjoy it. I'm the only one here. The Office is quiet. The only day of the year when it truly is.

So, I'm leafing through some articles of law I've yet had time to read. I'm playing some classical Christmas symphonies and drinking tea.

Merry Christmas to you lot. Have a Nice holiday and remember, even today we're watching you.

Had a lovely Christmas, I'm stuffed full of food, and tucked up in bed. Life is good :)

We're going to have an impromptu P&P gaming session tomorrow not bound to any particular game system, so I convinced the GM to let me play what is basically Shurq Ellale, complete with a pirate hat. This is going to be glorious. Rawr.

Chicken/bacon/peas/herbs pie. On a mound of mashed potatoes, slathered in gravy, and topped with fried onions.
With beer.
Give me about forty minutes and then i can die happy and content.
