Meh, after I did some crusading for my Samar Dev cause in this one other thread I could not get it ouf of my head, and dusted off my tablet [I should really try using it more often than once every few months] and went at it enthusiatically.. and ended up nowhere near where I wanted to go or what I wanted to show, but hey, I figure I haven't posted anything in aaages
Also, dem legs.. I love drawing legs.

Puck was not birthed, she was cleaved from a lava flow and shaped by a fierce god's hands. - [worry]

Glad to be of inspiration. Remains heathen.
Anyway, I hope you'd finish it. Samar doesn't receive enough love.

It's not a ten-minute-thing, and not even malazan related, but two people couldn't attend our D&D session tonight, so it was a slow side quest and I killed time by trying to make my game mates puke when faced with the wonderful countenance of my totally charismatic and beautiful orc warrior.. Since it seemed to work, I figure someone else might appreciate it as well

More Malazan-unrelated stuff, but according to my D&D group my character's nausea-inducing, to which my immediate reaction was, naturally, to scribble another one.. It's a WIP, but apparently not as bad as just the face, because according to one comment 'she's so fat you need 20 seconds to decide what it is you're looking at first and thus the shock is not as bad'.. Next time I kill all the foes I wanna hear her call my character fat again, but whatever.. I'm stuck at the feet. When using a pencil feet are, like, the easies thing, but tablet work is my nemesis.. *cough* Anyway, enjoy, and the next thing I post shall be something malazan! Could be some Jaghut lady for what it's worth, though

Had a go at Trull while we were playing DnD tonight..
Edit: Went over some minor things this morning, mainly because I'm trying to improve my shading and get myself to draw more than just faces. And also I have found myself with some free time for malazan art

So I buddy the other day who's reading MBotF for the first time. I've been re-reading alongside (just finished Midnight Tides) I had been musing on what a stone sword would look like when he pulled a box off his shelf that had a bunch of stone arrow-heads and the like. Later that evening I found myself with a pad and charcoal pencils.

Was trying out a new brush-pen so I started inking this doodle. It's a scene I've been wanting to give proper attention to at some point.
