in Canada, at least, a "mickey" is a bottle of about 300mls or so.

@ HD:
personal favourites, going by the "how awesomely trashed it gets you" scale

1 Nemiroff honey with pepper (Ukraine)
2 Soyuz Victan on birch buds (Ukraine)
=3 Finlandia (Finland)
=3 Absolut (Sweden)
5 Stolichnaya (Russia, though it's actually bottled in Estonia or Latvia)

GG is WAAAY too expensive. seriously

of the other ones, numbers 1 and 2 were imports found at rare ocasions, while 3, 4 and 5are generally available in localliquor stores, with the price being 13-15 for a 300 something mL, and about 23-25 for a 26er.

Oh, well then...I also need a mickey's worth of liquor to get buzzed. Often times a 300ml bottle of whiskey and then 5-9 beers for good measure. You know, good measure? It's not like I'm an alkie or anything.................right?

Last night I went out on the lash with a few lads from the snooker section. All hardened beer drinkers. What did we do when we got back to somebody's house? We made bacon...

...sandwiches!
Beer is everyday!

Bacon is win!

OK, I polled my hungover buddies on the morning AFTER a heavy night of drinking WHILE EATING bacon this weekend. As slanted a situation as you could possibly have toward bacon, and they still unanimously voted beer.

Beer wins...at least in Atlantic Canada. Oh does it ever win.

Wow, they sound really mean and vicious! How does one become a hardened beer drinker? Do you have to drink Tenants Super? Hmm, I think your friends from the Snooker Section are really Hardened Bacon Sandwich Eaters just masquerading as Hardened Beer Drinkers.

Amongst us Floridians there hasn't been one person to say bacon...just for the record.

QUOTE (Stalker @ Jan 23 2009, 01:09 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

TT: In the immortal words of Denny Crane: "Don't be a namby-pamby." ;)
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

You can sit on the fence all you like for now, we all know that in the end a true cockney* will support the underdog!

Just don't leave it too late. Rodeo's pulling rank.

Calm down Dear! :Rodeo:

You might as well give your vote to the Baconites. They need all the help they can get. BTW men drink beer!

I would ask you to point out which lines DO rhyme. :Rodeo:

And yes, beer wins. 60% of the time, it works everytime.

Or, in the immortal words of Dave Chappelle:

Quote

It's beer! It'll get you drunk! You'll be f*cking fat b*tches in no time!

Bacon, it has to be Bacon! What's wrong with you people?! You can substitute any number of alcoholic beverages for Beer (and I am already thinking Vodka, cider, JD, Southern Comfort...) but there can be NO substitute for slow-grilled, just-a-touch-crispy-at-the-edge Bacon on a soft bap...Ketchup, sir? Mayhaps some HP? Cheese? Mayo......
Victory is mine!

Hope this works, as you know I'm not very good with technology* :Rodeo:

But I am good at bacon!

Oh and if you still feel hungry try one of these...although the picture really doesn't do the justice. :admin:

Aargh!!! Why do they keep doing that...I don't want them side by side...piffle...just use your imagination and put them in the right way in your mind :o

*Needless to say this is about the third time I've tried to post this, even managed to turn my internet connection off by mistake whilst making one attempt....I am fail tonight! :o
'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.
