Y'all are crazy. I respect that.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

My first prediction for the tournament: Cult of Handsome has the upper hand and will probably finish first but only time will tell.

Baldies fail?

I made a big change around with my strikers today... reckon either Crouch or Defoe are worth putting in.

Quon Tali Comb-overs are strong challengers :D

And Toby's Brood Beaters will have a lot of fun.

Team Matt (original)... that would be Macros... he hates me because both out names are Matt. I reciprocate.

So, who's gonna post their teams? Anyone got hints and tips about who to pick and who to avoid?

I have a tip: Pick people from Hull. Lots of them. All the cool kids are doing it. Even me, the reigning Champion.

It's so hard because you get teams like Liverpool who buy great players and then barely use them or save them for the Champions League. Always best to have a good striker from one of the smaller teams as they are almost guaranteed to score all their teams goals. Like Andy Johnson at Palace a few years ago.

Saying that I have Torres and Rooney in at the moment but not sure how long that will last

I tried that last season and I hardly got any goals. My strikers were really bad the whole season actually. My points all came from defense and midfield.

I haven't looked at picking my team yet but I think getting a top 4 goal keeper is worth the cost. Reina got me sh*t loads of points last season. Most of my points came from Reina, Vidic, Fabregas and Ronaldo (with roughly Fabregas as my captain for the first half of the season and Ronaldo for the second half). All of my reserves were the cheapest in their position, no point paying for them if they're on the bench. Also, don't panic and incur point deductions by making extra changes each week. It's not worth it, you can change your team slowly over the season.
