I think Rogers will be better than they think. He doesn't have to be a dominating QB if the Pack's defense is as good as it was last year and Ryan Grant wasn't just a one hit wonder.

Thye're not asking him to go out and win 10 or 11 games by himself. All he has to do is not lose more than 4 or 5 by himself. I think he'll do well. That first game, when they're retiring favre's jersey will be tough. I think by game three he'll be at least solid.

It's killing me. The only thing getting me through the offseason is MMA. You should get into that, Xander. Good stuff.

I've tried. I'm just not into any type of fighting sport...but don't hate on those that like it.

Now NASCAR fans on the other hand.....don't get me started.

If you don't enjoy fighting, then mma is not going to do it for you. I applaud your scorn of nascar. Silly, silly, silly.

Can we make a nascar thread that is like the goodkind thread?

Title it 'Another Left Turn!'.

At least Indy Car has more than Left turns :D

Bull Riding is another one I just can't fathom having any interest in.

True, I don't get it either, but it's still better than nascar. And, you only have to watch it for 8 seconds at a time!

I'm sorry, but even the ads for poker on tv are excruciating. Now if you have a pamplona style running of the bulls in the casino, now that's something i could watch.

I have to say, I've become a real fan of Australian Rugby League since i moved down to New Zealand. you might appreciate it RLY, since most of them have learned wrestling techniques to allow them to tackle (and avoid being tackled), and restrain their opponents better. They are really amazing athletes, considering the amount of constant running they do, as well as crashing into people.

rogers only problem is that hes a tedford system QB. none of them have really succeeded yet, but none of them have been given the time on the bench from the start to develop their pro-game. if he doesnt succeed it will just be written off as another cal system qb

I'd just like to point out that you are essentially saying "I love anything that gives me an excuse to rub sweaty, greased up bodies with other men" :D

But seriously, NASCAR is the most eye bleeding sport ever. I'd rather watch my fingernails grow.

More like, I love an excuse to hit, cause pain to, or physically dominate other men. I don't actually play anything anymore though, so I just like to watch at this point. Wait, that doesn't sound any better at all!
