The Good Place season 3 has started. Sadly it's only at 1 episode a week so I can't binge it unless I deprive myself, and let's face it I don't have that sort of willpower.

If you haven't already seen it - do yourself a favour and watch it NOW! Netflix has all of it so far - 2 seasons of 13 25 min eps.

"Well well well ... if it ain't The Invisible C**t." - Billy Butcher, The Boys

Oh my goodness yes! Watched the first episode last night and it hasn't lost any of the magic. Was laughing lots!

Blue Bloods S9 starting tonight. Very happy that Live PD is back now for S3. Cool new setup they have in studio.

Blue Bloods is one of the show my wife and I agree to watch together. I can't show cheat on her.

Watched through THE GOOD COP which, while being fairly predictable, is a great concept and really quite a sweet show. Nothing offensive or too dark just light entertainment and pretty funny characters. Don't go expecting a really gritty, intense cop thriller and I think you'll really enjoy it.

I think if I just saw the ad correctly that Rosanne got a 2nd rebooted reboot but under the title The Connors.

Yes but Rosanne-free.

Finished the first season of X Files. Overall I really liked it.

I wonder how they continue to develop the theme though.

Just don't watch the recent two revival seasons...as they take almost all the world building they did in the original run and throw it in the garbage.

I got a six month subscription for amazon prime. There's a lot of cool stuff on here. I was hungover on sunday and binged through the entire 'The Tick' and I really liked it. The top gear stuff though, I don't know. Those guys have gotten old, and maybe a little too set in their ways.

It's not as good as top gear was at its peak sure, but I think they found a better balance in the second season

Ah that's good to hear - I might give series two a go then. Found the first series a bit too hit and miss.

Chelsea Peretti leaving the 99.

Sad because I like Gina as a character as she plays off the rest of the cast as a non-cop...ridiculous as she is. It sounds like she'll get a minor "leaving" storyline in NBC's first new season (Season 6) of the show.

She's not the most intricate member of the cast by a long shot, and I didn't "miss" her persay when she was off the show during S5 for the real life birth of her child...so it's fine.

Still sucks to lose a cast member.

I feel that exact same way! But it's bound to happen with ensemble shows.

Re: Amazon Prime, I haven't actually explored a lot of the originals on there yet, but I do highly recommend One Mississippi, Tig Notaro's semi-autobiographical dramedy. It's only two seasons, both short enough to binge in a day or two.

As you get exploring, I would rate Bosch and Sneaky Pete worth watching, Jack Ryan passable, and Goliath somewhat hit or miss (I had my issues with it, but got through both seasons).

One heads up for Prime users, careful if you are not on unlimited data at home. They have great resolution available if you have a fancy TV, but compared to netflix you burn through data way faster.

Oh yah I have watched S1 of Sneaky Pete, but keep forgetting to watch S2. It was quite good though and I recommend it as well.

So I've seen the trailer for the new Netflix remake of Sabrina the Teenage Witch and it looks nothing at all like how it was - basically a pretty funny show about a witch - but it looks really dark and weird so I'm not sure I'm going to watch that one...
