Quite an apologetic tone their for a real piece of shit. If it was someone else, the loathing outrage and hyperbole would be screaming all throughout posts here.
Roseanne sucks, she's always sucked and bringing back her shitty show was a pathetic attempt at nostalgia that network programming seems to be chasing so they can compete with all the streaming options that have taken away their viewers.
Glad the show is cancelled. Hope it stays dead and that fat bitch goes back to shitting her self on her walnut ranch in Hawaii. Fuck her and her show.

How to commit career suicide, by Roseanne Barr - she got dropped by her talent agency too.
She said she was quitting twitter, hopefully she stands by her word and we don't have to hear from her fat, miserable ass again, except maybe reading about how she died from a heart attack trying to prove her worth on her walnut ranch. Of course this is all best case scenario and I'm sure her spotlight loving ass will make the rounds on talk shows, starting with an exploitation piece on Dr. Phil about how a mental illness caused her to tweet and say the things she did, but now she's gotten help and is on the right medications and so is all better.

Waiting for the network to introduce Dan in the Fall.

Or on Fox...
Which, now I reflect upon it, is basically the same thing. Fox is just the propaganda wing of the government.

I've been watching that History of Science Fiction show BK keeps raving about and it's pretty impressive the range of people it gets for its talking heads. Good stuff.
Also, I watched three episodes of Riverdale and QT was right: I don't like it! It's definitely an all-out soap opera, as opposed to melodrama, with long shots focused on people staring emphatically, the 100% absence of subtext, and all the rest. Not my cup of tea, but I will probably finish the first season just to see how the mystery progresses.
To break it down a little more, I hated the first two episodes and kinda liked the third episode (the football team one). Go figure. I will say that everyone, particularly the women in the cast, are good at what they do. And even more in particular, Veronica is 100% on point.

Honestly, it seems a lot of comedians have issues. It kinda makes sense, they are being funny to compensate for something. She needs to work through a PR person if she wants to recover from this.

If I confessed to y’all I’ve had sex with over 300 women would yall call me a slut?
Doesn’t seem to matter if it’s as low as 10 to earn that title in Japan if your female. Sigh. I’m watching something called Rea(L)ove a Japanese dating show where each person is required to share juice dark damning secrets:being trans, in debt, sex with 10 or 100 or 300 people, porn stars etc./then everyone’s reactions to the news. It’s kinda interesting but at the same time I want to do nothing more then to jack the host across his insulting jaw along with one of the male contestants.
This shit is weird!

On only Ep like 5 of TERRACE HOUSE new season...but so far I like the old guy, and the hockey girl best (most down to earth) the younger guy with the plushy panda that he named...weird...and the girl he likes (Ami?) is SO superficial. I'm with Yamasato on hating her out of the gate! The mixed race guy (shoni?) is TOTALLY trying to pull a Tashi and cast his romance "net" around to all the girls...and I highly doubt it's going to go over well.

Killjoys is good — I liked it a lot more than Dark Matter. A LOT.
The first season is somewhat episodic as it sets things up and builds the world. From then on, it gets more serialized and the overarching plot takes shape.

After a hellacious fast binge watch for 96% of DS9 I stumbled there at the end for some reason for months. I have remedied that shit and finished the last few episodes. Just got done and even after the stumble it was pretty moving. Wish I would have finished way back then for an even bigger payoff.
I'm on season 7! It's still going strong, but...
Spoiler

Season 5 is... Better, but not very much. I laughed a couple of times but out of 8 episodes and considering how much I laughed originally when the first three seasons were on, that's not great. I think they need to give it up tbh.

Season 5 was pretty mediocre — just rehashing old jokes with a rickety not-actually-a-real-plot.
