As a gooner I have to agree. It's all very well us having a bunch of talented kids coming up from the academy, but that doesn't win us games/titles/trophies right NOW! We did have a perfect captain in waiting, Gilberto Silva, who was then promptly tranferred to Panathanaikos for some strange reason. It's not really an 'awful brand'. We're just not really clicking so we're grinding out results. We played some neat stuff against City anyway, we just couldn't finish.

It's a theme for us to start of slow and pick up as the season goes on, we'll kick after Christmas I reckon.
