JeezuzCHRIST!!!
now THAT was some game I must say. CRAZY...
Hatts off to Spurs for turning the tide. I'm not much of a big fan, but damnit, they played this one well...
Very vey exciting game. 4:4, who would've thought?

What a final score! 4-4 was definitely not what I was expecting...seems like Mr. Redknapp has at least got Spurs scoring again. Arsenal fans must be rather annoyed right now...

Chelsea made up for a lackluster performance against Liverpool with today's match against Hull. The class they exude on the pitch is so nice to see for one in England. A team to can keep possession and rip teams open.
I have returned anew, wistfully my course holds true.

Redknapp has done well by giving players a bit of freedom and confidence. As demonstrated by Matt LeBentley. 4-4 is the spurs I know and love, though the defence needs some serious work. It's time to be thinking of a permanent replacement for King, if his knee injury is now serious enough that he has to rest every other week. I think he's a great player, and he's done so much for the club, but none the less

It's been rumoured for a while that he was going to retire this year, it seems as if the resting is an attempt to stretch it out.
That said, I think Corluka is going to become a great CB and with him and King sharing duties you should be fine. Provided Woodgate doesn't relapse into his own injury troubles, touch wood.
What a game though, and what a goal by Bentley. Though honestly if Modric's that hit the post had gone in I might have ranked it better.
Also, Berbatov's skill for Ronaldo's second today was awesome.

It's not so bad, we're still in the title race and can make up lost points against the big three.
Spurs on the other hand are still rock bottom.
Only spurs would treat a midweek draw like they'd just won the Carling Cup.

Not really... anyone would celebrate like that after a comeback like that, let alone against their greatest rivals who they rarely beat, at theirs, after their worst start to the season in living memory.

Aston Villa can jump to third on Monday, I'll be supporting them all the way.

Not often spurs have a better week than arsenal... That said, we also lost 2-1 to stoke, and got 2 players sent off instead of just 1...

Redknapp is going to send Tottenham to 6th this season (hopefully not Aston Villa's fifth place!)

Poor Liverpool. They had the game on the palm of their hand, yet lost it. Their own fault though, you can't give Tottenham any breathing space and expect to get away with it. However, looking at the statistics after the game, it's a wonder that Spurs won and the pool of livers lost. But it's the result that counts. Jeez, a team from the bottom of the table beats the team sitting on the very top of the table. A good example of how events can swing in football. Heck, ManU almost lost it against Hull today. Luckily they won and got the much needed 3 points.
Peace to all

People, people, arent we all ignoring the big news of the day here?
Barnet drew 3-3 away to Bradford! And bossed the 2nd half!

Hull are damn good for a playoff promoted team. Derby should be ashamed.

Not really, it'll just be interesting for neutrals to witness another Arsenal collapse. Missing chances like Bendtner is cant be afforded.
