I've been looking through the posts and people keep coming up with unsolved mysteries that I didn't realise existed like the Theloman Toblaki mortal sword of the lords of war.

So I'm curious, what exactly are we looking for answers to in the coming books? would it be possible for people to list them?

Are they for or against the CG?
What side will the Giant Ravens chose in the fight against the CG?

Who is traveller?
How do you stop the CG?
What happened to Iccy.
What happens when Envy and Spite meet again?

What is the connection between the Hounds and the Deragoth?

You "stop" the CG by freeing him to return to his own dimension. I'm convinced the jade statues are coming from CG's home, bemoaning his absence.

I don't have concrete references offhand, but I like the theory

i think serenity must have been knocked off by those two demon princes, i dont think they would have just stopped in the middle of their pursuit and say "hey lets forge that FA and take up farming!"

-also who are "the three" from shal-morzinn? and what is that places deal anyways?
-how is ganoes going to make all the ascendants and gods respect his authoritah?
-will ganoes, the errant ever work things out? same for oponn and the errant.

Perhaps I was WAY too vauge in what I was asking...

What I meant to say was what are the storylines you think will be answered in Toll the Hounds and are there any questions that may have been overlooked (like enkarhal in TT) if you were not paying attention (my reading of house of chains was hurried as the store manger said I had to buy it or get the hell out!)

3. Crokus and Apsalar meeting up...probably tragically...

I think the actual impact of the "Fall" created it. But unlike the statues, CG was animate and could remove himself from the area. Do we know where he landed? Maybe where the Toblakie(spelling) live? Their source of the O-stuff?

Yes, Bubba, but when say, a jadestatue falls, where does the Ottataral come from? Is there a warren of Otttataral that the stuff flows out of? Is it some kind of magical alchemical reaction of Burns flesh? Does it draw upon the poor O-dragon.

How massive an amount of magic is needed? More than what I released every time the Letherii and Edur made their ritual unleashings of the holds? Why is the eternal domicile not covered in a mountain of Ottataral? What about when the T'lan Imass and Jaghut made war? Why did Gothos ritual not create Ottataral?

Does the lack of Ottataral at these events mean that the unleashing of power needs to be uncontrolled, wild and damamaging to the world itself? Probably.

Finally I want to know more about its properties. We've discussed this in other threads but why is Ottataral not able to stop the T'lan Imass and supposedly the other Elder Warrens aswell? Does that mean that Ottataral is something K'rull made along with the fashioning of the new paths?

Here's one more otataral question: do the actual, physical jade statues have something to do with the creation of otataral?

In the RG prologue, there's the whole discussion of dragon's blood seeping through the realms and forming some sort of sheet. That struck me as also being related, though I'm not sure how. Here's the quote

The death of blood? By that, does she mean the death of blood sacrifice as a requirement for sorcery?

And what the heck is going on here? Are we seeing the creation of human accessible magic here? What are these walls and where could we find one, anyway?
