Your case Tatts has a problem, it is that you start but assuming that Messermb IS the symp, then take every post that concerns him out of context and make it look like he is signalling.

Yeah, this is a fair point. It's essentially the same thing that Messremb did on his write up of me.

The thing is, I'm not sure I buy Tatts as killer. He's not acting any differently than usual, obviously, and other than the one post that Tatts himself points out, (again assuming Mess as symp), there isn't really anything concrete.

If we were to go on meta-posting patterns, I'd be much more concerned about HO from that standpoint. 30 + posts, and then stealth mode in Day 2 when he left the spotlight (until the last 5-ish hours). Maybe subconciously he knows how much I'll flip out if he's scum again and posted only 5 times.

It has to have been his kill on Gnaw - couldn't have been the other killer because the other killer killed ST

Actually Tatts, EM is spot on. Your logic is faulty, shoddy in fact. You peg HO for being the killer, but in the sequence of quotes you present, it sounds like HO is getting Mess's attention first, not the other way around, which would technically make Mess the killer, not HO. You then proceed to continue showing off Mess as the symp, claiming it couldn't be that easy for us to ascertain who he was symping, a faulty prospect since the signalling of ST was so damn obvious. If Mess signalled someone else in a manner which he felt was equally, or comparably, blatant, then finding it should not be too hard. And signalling you Tatts would be quite the job, given how promiscuous you are in your attentions.

The only thing that is bothering me is how Mess is voting for you. That doesn't make sense given how if you are the killer, you are needed for scum success. I mean, it could be another clever ploy to cast aspersion on your train, and seeing how Mess has played, such a flagrant contradiction would not be outside the realm of possibility, but it seems much too risky of a move for a symp. I will have to ponder this more.

What would you like to hear? The connection between Tatts and Mess seems strong, but Mess's play really bothers me in that a symp so boldly revealing himself (or carelessly) does not entirely jive. I mean all the pieces are there, and maybe he is comfortable letting this current train run through because he knows Tatts is a red herring, but I'm not sure if he is playing chicken with us, especially since Tatts is now successfully driving a HO train based off of the not so uncommon misunderstood Symp-Master relationship.
