So time has been moved forward, only one hour I think? One of the TLs just testing out their ability I guess - I do hope they use it more than the TLs in the previous game managed, it almost wasn't even a thing in that game.

If you do the maths, with 1 recruitment and 1 lynch and 15 players of which scum makes up 2, scum wins at ...drumroll... end of day 5 if we don't manage to lynch scum.
start day 1: 2 scum, 15 players.
start day 2: 3 scum, 14 players.
start day 3: 4 scum, 13 players.
start day 4: 5 scum, 12 players.
start day 5: 6 scum, 11 players.
Do you honestly think scum will get a kill in that scenario?
When you put it that way no.
You do not factor in that town have 4 powerful roles. Possibly in which some are unrecruitable.

I don't think we can make the assumption that scum can't kill. it's dangerous to say the least.
Thinking WCS, we'll have a killer and a recruit. Should we expect any symps? the "minor major houses" would suggest such a possibility.

EDIT: The OP states two scum to begin with. Any recruits would automatically become 'symps' of a sort, of course. The OP suggests that recruits will know the alt of their recruiter, but not the alt of their new timelord.
EDIT 2: But..seriously? I almost can't believe that was a genuine question.

I think the guys that have modded know more about mechanics but it shouldn't hurt those of us that haven't through discussion. If the consensus is no kills then fair enough but there could be some other dope like me wondering the same thing. I thought I caught Shelly out in a lie.

Maybe. It makes sense for the TL to be unrecruitable, at the very least.
It also doesn't discount the vig vigging town, missed lynches, or the lynching of scum - but ultimately, this is the WCS that I keep in mind - the vig won't make a difference in that, either.

Healer makes no sense, unless scum has a kill. Otherwise, it is just there to neutralize the vig in case he gets recruited, and what are the odds that the healer then picks the right guy to heal at the right night?
Finder is perhaps a tiny bit OP as town has a both a vig + a guard, both of whom team excellently with a finder. I wouldn't count on it.

I think their recruiting mechanic would be once a night. Because they don't have the traditional NK of scum, they should have something that removes one town every night so that they won't be too weak and this game won't take forever.
Of course that would be OP if used against a normal town, so we have some town roles...

How do you know they do not have a night kill? Is this a slip up? There are two scum members according to the OP, we know one is a recruiter but how do we know the other one does not have a night kill?
This looks like a slip to me. OP doesn't say anything about the Timelords being killers, only recruiters.
