Since CF is name but not alignment, the TLs will be in the dark concerning the alignment of whomever they bring back.
It would be a massive advantage for the scum one to know his recruits through off thread comms.
So I judge that unlikely. Instead, I think they know each other's alt, or at the least the TL knows the recruiter, maybe not vice versa.

Okay, I'm here for realz now. So it looks like we have two scum to begin with, but scum are more like a cult than killers. Depending on how their recruiting mechanic works (and how good/bad our lynching is), the scum team could grow quickly.

I think their recruiting mechanic would be once a night. Because they don't have the traditional NK of scum, they should have something that removes one town every night so that they won't be too weak and this game won't take forever.
Of course that would be OP if used against a normal town, so we have some town roles...
I mean other alternatives are not really acceptable are they? if the recruit action was once every two nights then the scum team would have been the weaker team during night and that is just silly.

How do you know they do not have a night kill? Is this a slip up? There are two scum members according to the OP, we know one is a recruiter but how do we know the other one does not have a night kill?
