I am not really concerned with a specific person(s) making it through the end of the series just for the sake of making it. I think that it is more important with how each death or life impacts the chain of events.

For example: I would be much happier to read about Apsalar (I admit to a little crush) biting it in a way that was exciting to read about and was worthwhile than seeing her make it just because I am in love with her...

1) Apsalar - she's the one person I really want to see happy and alive at the end of book 10. The 'happy' is definately more important than alive, though, and will result in a tear or two.

I'd like to see the 3 K's Karsa, Kruppe and Kallor voted off the island. Kasa does no housework and is a really poor contestent in my opinion, while Kruppe is annoying me with his inane video diary confessionals. And he cost the Blue team the extreme mountain-biking event. But thats nothing compared to "the ancient one"
In my opinion it was shocking that Whiskyjack lost to Kallor on the "stick a sharp pointy metal thing in someone's belly" event. It looked like the producer deceided to keep "Mr Burns" Kallor on the programme instead of the clear people's favourite. The inclusion of Kallor was an insane nod to the ant-ageism lobby at the Wu network in any case. How can a bitter 89 year old man possibly be a Survivor in the game sense, when we have to ham-string every event so that he doesn't get a heart-attack?

And when are we going to get some decent women on this programme. They got rid of the only decent one, Tamber!

When QB is conjuring the illusion to counter the Edur and Bottle interferes, the image that popped into my head was backseat driver. Too bad the Ere'sal didn't split her power between helping QB and pwning Bottle.

But like I said before, I don't think Quick and Fid are gonna make it. They'll go down like champs though, same with Karsa. Paran will make it, though I doubt he'll be the same person we know now (he's gonna do something REALLY dumb and mess something up huge).

I do agree with your thoughts on Mappo and Iccy, though I just hope Iccy isn't the one to kill Mappo in one of his rages (just imagine what he'll do if he did that and found out about it *shivers*).

WhAT!? He hasn't had it hard! That annoying piece of snot who thinks he can tell QB what to do and thinks he is just sooo cool. NEVER!!! I will hate his guts all the way up until they're all over the floor.


But Iccy wouldn't know what he did because he most likely won't know who Mappo was. That's why it would even more tragic. Mappo trying to defend his absolute best friend in some way, then being choped down in fury by him. Horrible.

Well, I don't HATE Bottle, but I disliked that part of the Edur scene - I can take QB getting the illusion made real by the Eres, but not the way Bottle was made to sound like Quick's superior - QB the master of illusions!!!! 12 Souls!!!! Age advantage!!!!!

Since the Dragon scene in RG I have felt much better though, and the Icarium scene.

I hope Turble wins. I always kinda felt that he was better than most of the guys doing the same job as him, that he was a bit better hearted and all that. Too bad he got into that particularly vague circumstance I'm refusing to describe in detail. So I hope he lives through it all.

Well it's not just that. He just annoys me. I wanted to kill him lots of times in the story.

Especially when he was being carried by Corrab and...Fiddler? No not him, well Corrab and someone else. I just don't like and I don't know really know why! I hope he gets killed in the most un-cool, disrespectful way there is. Then everyone forgets who he even was.
