I pre-ordered ROTCG from amazon.uk with the spectacularly 50% discounted THE STEEL REMAINS by R Morgan. The discount on TSR offsets the shipping cost to Canada.
And you have to love getting TtH and ROTCG one month apart - it's like a two month malagazm.
