can anyone help me out blind,baran,gear ,shan, rood whats the name of the 2 hounds that rake kills on Rhivi plain ?

Have we discussed this eighth hound? I don't recall there being confusion around the hounds numbers. Could one of the names be of an older hound, in a older generation of a pack.

Pallick is mentioned when QB is traveling the Shadow Realm. When he comes across Rood he orally remarks that Rood is the "pack leader, firstborn of the pack and mate to Pallick". Thus we would logically conclude that Rood and Pallick are the parents or grandparents of the rest of the Hounds. Without doing the math we quickly assume that Pallick is just another Hounds, but then we check the Personnae Dramatis at the beginning and realize Pallick isn't listed...
So, as far as I see, it's either:
a) Pallick is a Hound not appearing in the novel and hence not listed, meaning there are more than 7 Hounds. Perhaps Pallick, being the Hound matriarch, doesn't go on the hunting expeditions so there will always be a Hound leftover to reproduce new ones just in case?

Pallick is not a Hound, but was mate to Rood nonetheless.

I always figured that Pallick was dead.

Either that, or mentioned without any effort to make her consistent with the rest of our supplied knowledge.

Pallick could be a "Hound" without being a shadow hound... like Garath?

Garath appears in MoI so lets keep it out of this discussion, but if what Skir mentions about QBs knowledge is true, then Pallick truly is one of the Shadowhounds.
