best dramatic scene in the series

or just the scene or lines of dialogue or description that simply gave you chills as you read it. Come on people we've all had those moments so share em with the rest of us! I'm sure there's been similar threads to this one before but I couldn't find one recently so I figured I'd start a new one.
For me personally the best dramatic scene is in TBH after QB gives out and Trull faces up against Icarium for second time. One of the characters watching the fight describes Trull's skill, in tones of awe, as "profound". And I dunno, that just kind of struck me. I've read a lot of different fight/battle scenes in my time but never seen one described as profound. So that was cool.
Also in DG when Kalam taunts Topper near the end of the book after wiping out several hands... and then seconds later hand after hand poured into the city to hunt down Kalam.

Hmmm.. for me, there's a lot, one that i remember well right now is the scene in tBH, when Ahlrada Ahn (sp?), the Tiste Andii Spy recognises Trull as the one defending the First Throne, comes up to him and asks for his forgiveness and the right to fight alongside him
Also, Brukhalian's death sequence

I was getting all teary when ever the story returned to the QB, Trull and Onrack parts in RG. All that reborn imass, bonding, untold stories, reunion with Hedge, Trulls feelings for Seren, etc.

There's lot and lots of good drama, but one of the best is Trull and Quick standing up against Icarium, and another is Beak saving the bonehunters.

Stormy's or Truths death can’t remember, which ever one died in Y'ghatan....Really touching, especially cuz of geslers reaction
How Hedge, Quick Ben, and Fid reacted to Trulls Death
"He’ll live" Quick
"No he wont" hedge not an exact quote but that was a very dramatic moment...Seeing someone so remote like Hedge and QB experiencing emotion like that.
When Gruntle's chic got raped and he found out... that was interesting..
I think when Kalam found out about Whiskey Jack is one of my favorite moments..... "I feel like slitting throats" is what I think he said to QB.
Yeah every ones reaction to Whiskey Jack's death was the most dramatic touching scenes in the book, every one found out at deferent times, and reacted in their own way...Kalam, Fiddler, all their moments of sorrow are priceless.

So many moments to choose from...
The scene where Duiker stands on the walls of Aren and is watching the last of the Wickans getting slaughtered and Coltaine being put on the cross, and the utter feeling of unfairness that I felt when reading it... still sends shivers down my spine every time I read it
Brukhalians death is a good one too. The silence after he has been killed en the rain that starts falling... very powerful.
And so many others, but these really stand out for me.

Beak's whole story arc just guts me. Especially imagining him standing there trying to hold up his brother, I barely could read it.
But for raw dramatic power, the two fights with Kalem, first when he tries to get to Laseen and then when he is guarding Tavore, just raise my pulse with anticipation. Especially when Pearl shoots him after he wipes out his copies. It just builds the whole time, even knowing that he makes it to the Azath house in the end, I still keep echoing with ST "JUST A BIT FURTHER, MAKE IT, MAKE IT, COME ON KALEM!".

Walls of Aren, everyone digging their fingers into the walls, Nether ripping her hair out...powerful stuff
But most emotional: Iktovians death, just unforgettable
Rough quote: and then, below the downpour from Moons Spawn, Iktovian dies

Itkovian's death,
Colatine's death,
QB facing down the Edur fleet.

Absolutely Itkovian's death. I was on a bus the first time I read that and had to do the gulpy/gaspy thing to keep from bursting into tears.
Shaken, not stirred.

Itkovians death, with Trulls death being a close second. My favourite so far is definetly MoI and Itkovian is a very very big part of it. Just his whole evolution through the story, and the reaction of everyone who had a chance to know him.
And Trulls because...Its not what I wanted for Trull. He was supposed to finally have happiness. Damn you Errant!!! arggggggggggg

The last half of bonehunters was certainly page turning. The scene were Mael gets trapped by the errant on his way to save tehol wrenched an actual gasp/cry from my mouth. I had to put the book down for 15 minutes and walk away before I could get back to it. I was so sure Tehol was gonna be a goner given SE's habit of bumping off those you least expect at times.
IMO The best dramatic scene in the entire series however is the Moonspawn rising from the bay in front of Coral during the Pannion campaign.
Oh and I loved that scene with Envy and the Malazan marines in the Pannion Citadel...Will it take long? No, not long URK GURgle argh! I think Envy was actually shocked for the first time in 10,000 years. Just that split second where she felt a genuine emotion, she was actually shocked out of her superiority complex. Then she turned around and tried to blame her innaction on the poor surviving marine/s. tut tut.

ill always remember the battle with the jheck for the sword
and even more than that (im surprised no one mentioned it) the first time rhulad came back to life, shivers down my spine just typing it

Itkovian trying to embrace the Crippled God's pain after freeing Rath'Fener.
It was like the Chained One was just shocked.
Also Baudin's death was pretty emotional. Making Heboric cry like a little girl

no, no, no... that thing that had taken Feners place was an alien god.
Think of it as something from another dimension that seeped into Feners realm but wasn't able to handle things from Wu... like severed hands.

I just thought it was the Crippled God because he was once an alien god, and he was in so much pain it was like waaaay too much for Itkovian to handle...
