You sir, are a pessimist of the highest order.

Where's Brood for my daily dose of optimism regarding this?

Yes, yes I am. I can't help it. Every time I try to be optimistic the world kicks me in the balls.

So I got an email from Amazon asking if I still wanted it. Of course I said yes, but the interesting thing I saw was the bit about them never charging for an item until it ships. Now I know they've charged me already...a long time ago, I'm just hoping those morons don't double charge all of us when it finally ships. I'm tempted to pull up the 'ol bank record of the transaction and making it clear to them that if they charge me I'll kill them all.

So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

You'll probably get triple charged. :D

And yes, I am just bitter that they lost my TtH in the mail.

Is that the official word from the shipping company? it's gone for good?

I imagine some sort of reembersement would be in order.

Took advantage of a thunderstorm in Riga to email Bill at Subpress to ask for an update. He has seen more art from Komarck and he will soon know when the whole thing should be completed. . .

See, I look after you guys even while on vacation.

You guys are lucky, for I received permission to post another Komarck sketch for the limited edition, this time one of Raest facing the dragons.

Please do not post this image here or elsewhere, as we might not get permission again if this thing spreads around.

Both Bill and Michael are always happy with all the feedback you guys provide, so feel free to leave a comment on the blog. You can post it here as well, but don't forget to leave it on the blog, for that is where they will go looking...

Cheers,

Patrick

It looks good, Pat, especially Silannah.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

I do like Raest there, but I'm fairly sure he wouldn't look that healthy.

Ditto brood, but that's some nice work overall. It's always good when you can tell the artist has actually read the book!

Silannah looks mint. That's a great shade of 'RAAAARRRR!
I'M GONNA FUCK YOU UP!'
red.
