I am relaxed. Damn RLY and his paranoia-mongering:p

Don't have sympathy for you Xander, not now that you've got TtH and I don't. As soon as that gets here though, I promise to feel bad for you guys again.

Today is the first day I get to devote serious reading time to it. I'm about 100 pages in....good stuff....I can tell it's a BUILDER book.

Mine showed up last night, I was starting to give up on it...and thus I'm now in the middle of a good book and don't know if I want to put it down to pick up TTH or not.

So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

My TtH hasn't showed still, so my only consolation is tormenting the people still waiting for this GotM edition. It's never going to come!

Dude, we'll be discussing details found on rereads of The Crippled God before RLY has TTH.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Yeah, but we do that already... oh, wait, you mean RLY doesn't know about that yet?

you guys are mean. I'm trying to be optimistic, this way I can get more of my reread done before it gets here. I'm throwing a tantrum if it doesn't come tomorrow though.

If the other books come out quicker, then I'm ok with waiting on the first. Not happy, but I can deal. If this is a sign of things to come however.....grrrrrr.

The world is ending December 2012, I don't think the series will be out by then. Sorry.

You're a Mayan? Did you know their apocalypse was founded on scientology? The F.S.M. is all not only omniscient, but omnipresent as well.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

You sir, are a pessimist of the highest order.

Where's Brood for my daily dose of optimism regarding this?

I don't really care if it's a few months late, because I already read GotM like 6 or 7 times. As long as it's going to get here eventually and I have faith in that.

If the artist needs a little more time to perfect the pictures I'm willing to wait.
