Thanks to Flawed for setting the league up and congratulations to q21:cool: (Matt C) for winning it. Honourable mention for Mezla :angel:( Liz H) who finished 2nd and showed us footy blokes up good style. I must also mention a good effort from Brood :heyhey:this week, by jove I think he's finally got it !

Firstly thanks Grumble for posting the results.

On a side note well done Q21 for your great win.

Mezla did well on her second place and Dancer showed a late surge in Handsomeness to come third. SO .........well done to you all.

Special mention goes to me for being handsome and no one please mention the fact that my missis team came higher up them mine. I certainly wont be telling her.

Perhaps a special mention for Brood on his wopping 66 points for this week. Nealry double his last Personal Best and perhaps now a good incentive into buying better tea bags for said tea making duties.

All that Aside id like to thank everyone for taking part and making it an enjoyable game. I will make sure i create a new league for everyone next season so watch this space.

Brood was inspirational this week, I hope to emulate his form every week next year. Well done to, the brillant, q21 (not Kud) and Mez. It's not often I lose so enjoy your celebrations As Flawed would say, "handsome!"

A piece of advice for both Flawed and myself, next season we should stop being such tinkering handsome bodies. Flawed dropped 116 points to transfers (a total which would have taken him to third, unless...) I stopped tinkering and didn't drop 100 points to transfers. We went overboard, we may have gained in the short term sometimes but I think we went a bit mad with transfers




Which comes onto my last point, Dancer is the real winner; abandoning the Malaz Empire again but (check the bank) this time taking almost £40 million (my wages) with him. Handsome payout for a season where I finished third. Now I move onto another challenge and seek to make them useless. Collect money. Repeat. Repeat. Handsome. (I thought I'd make some business attitude evident in this).

It's been fun everyone, hopefully we can all improve next year. I recommend Brood as a strong contender to make top five (if he plays properly next time).

I'm definitely up for a Euro08 league, on the back of a barnstorming last week that lifted my out of the relegation zone and even won me a european spot via the fairplay league!!
