I just bought the first two books through amazon but couldn't find the 3rd. I was wondering if nightshade is going to publish the 3rd in the US or do i need to go overseas. BTW i just cant get enough of the malazan word and am eager for night of knives release in the US in a few weeks.

Thanks

I emailed nightshade books last week and they got back to me today saying that they will be publishing "The Lees of Laughter's End" in the fall.

Thought I'd chime in here, I purchased this book through Amazon marketplace for about $25, you can still get a few through the marketplace. Another website that has them is abebooks.com. Both abebooks and the marketplace items are sold through third party sellers though.

Barnes & Noble (US) show it as coming out December 1, this year.

I just want to know when someone's going to publish all 3 novellas over here in MMPB format, so I can put them on the same shelf as my other Malazan books.

Well, there's gonna be nine of them in total, so if theyre gonna do that after the series is done, it may take some time ;)

Well, I know they have a "Volume 1" collection in hardcover. They should get that into MMPB now, and then do Volumes 2 and 3 later.

They lied. I just went online to try to buy it and it's now listed as "out of stock." eBay, here I come.

Well apparently amazon.com "claims" it is being released on Dec. 15 2008. As of today it still says that it has not been released yet. Good thing I pre-ordered :D

You know how they were combining all the Korbal Broach and Bauchilain Novels together..

When exactly is that published?

Does anyone know this.
Seems more fitting here, as the forum isn't dead.

It's already been published, but in limited form. Not sure about anything mass market, if it will ever happen.

Sorry if this is a really stupid question. But isn't there going to be 10 all together? Or am I tripping out and mixing it up with MBotF?

*Edit - Also, I believe all three combined can be purchased at PS Publishing unless it is sold out. I considered getting it, but I suppose I am too anal and too broke so I'd prefer everything to be uniform and match my first two NS editions.

**Edit - Spelling *rolls eyes*

Erikson will be writing 6 more Korbal Broach/Bauchelain novellas, for a grand total of 9.

The first 3 have been collected in hardcover as "Volume 1", but they're limited edition, and not particularly cheap.
