Dancer, even though I turned down your sexual advances, that in no way means we still can't be friends. So send me the damn book!

Sucking up for that Empress rep, eh?
Nice try, nice try.
I wonder when we'll get the other titles for ICE's remaining novels? We had all of SE's so far in advance, it'd be nice to have the same for ICE.

it would be good to know exactly were he's going with his series and what topics specifically he'll be dealing with

Well I think he has confirmed, or SE has, that he'll be visiting the continent of Assail at some point....
Though it seems likely ICE's last novel will be after SE's last, at the rate we're going now...interesting...

Ideally....but who knows? We've really got endless amounts of possibilities for books as of now.
The Tyrant will most likely be covered by ICE. SE wouldn't mention it like that and let it die....can't wait!

I wrote this on one of the tBH threads
(taken from one of the interviews on the malazwiki)
The next book will go to Korelri and be about the war b/w Greymane and the Stormriders
following that, should be a book about Assail, wiht the tyrants, Silverfox, etc
then, ICE wanted to go back "to where it all started"--Darujhistan, possibly Northern Genabackis???
and then the last book should complement "The Crippled God", to give us batter understanding of just exactly what the last big smackdown will be all about.
That being said, this info is rather old... no idea how it might have changed..
oh, and I don't think ICE's books will add up into a "series" per se. After all, NoK and RotCG are both simply subtitled "A novel of Malaz"....

He's mentioned the possibility of this a few times in interviews, I believe.
Possibly some backstory about Rake when he was younger was one of those....if I recall.

he's a cool character but much rather hear bout icariums travels or kell and dancer when they were awol for a few years or kallors empire or crippled gods struggles as he was chained to burn or dassem and so on

I want the full back story on the Tiste races and their problems. I'm most curious about the Liosan and what exactly happened to Andarist that made him such a broken man. Scabby hinted in MT that he was the cause of Andarist's "grief"....so I'd love to get the whole scoop on that.
