Sorry, Tim Kring. Baby Touch and Go was the last straw. I'm done. Thank you for developing a brilliant series, then slowly suffocating it before my eyes.
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

I feel like I'm stuck in an abusive relationship. I did like much of this episode though. I just wish they'd make sure to not have Milo and Hayden on the same set!

I liked Coyote Sands better when it was called Alamogordo.

That was one horrible episode. I wanted to switch it off after 5 minutes, and probably should have done, because it didn't get any better. The 1961 kids weren't too bad, I guess, but apart from that it was pointless, featured plentiful LET'S FAIL AT PRETENDING TO YELL INTO A STORM moments, almost uniformly inept dialogue and a distinct lack of anything that might be considered tension in what I can only assume was supposed to be a dramatic finale.
The only good thing about this episode, in my opinion, was that it ended. Which is meant in two ways: 1) It set up something that has the potential to be interesting next week at the very end, and 2) I was glad it was over.
Unless they pull something amazing out of their asses for the last two episodes, I will not be watching this next season, Bryan Fuller or no Bryan Fuller. I cannot take another episode of such ineptitude.
Sir Thursday

Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

Christ, another pointless episode. I mean really, what was the purpose apart from the last scene?

re April 20 ep... Oh yes, let's try and make Sylar a good guy again... excellent idea... totally original... and have Hiro's powers go wrong, ANOTHER totally original idea... and hey, let's have Mohinder get captured, haven't seen that before... oh, and after spending six episodes trying to get the Petrelli/Bennett clan into one place and telling everyone how important this is, let's split them up again...
ffs, this show is pissing me of.
- Abyss, not impressed.

They really just seem to be spinning their wheels now, i mean really how has the plot advanced at all this series?

The last two episodes has raised the epic level of suck on this show back up to the rare heights it reached in season two. Sylar switching back and forth between himself and Mommy, complete with full wardrobe change.
Here's a scathing review on IO9. This episode practically melted Annalee's brain.

Did anybody else even make it as far as the season finale?
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.

Well, if real nathan isn't dead, then the whole series so far is right back at the beginning.
What with the 'company' starting up again too. I can't be bothered with it anymore.

I officially hate this show. Last season was one of the worst excuses for television available. Jump the shark much, Heroes?
I can't believe they're (NBC) going to cancel a great show like "Chuck" and renew this pile of excrement.

Honestly, this was phenomenally weak.
I almost want to like the Sylar/Nathan switch, hell i did like how Peter took out Sylar - but ffs, Clare's blood brought back Bennet when he had been dead for days. For that matter, Nathan has come back from death like twice already. And they totally wussed out on showing us the Nate/Peter v Sylar fight.
Sad part is the season started decently enough with the military rounding up specials and the good guys assembling to fight back, and then... nothing. Crapsolutely nothing.
I dunno, if there's enough hype i may try again next season but it's not looking good.
- Abyss, annoyed.

After just watching all episodes up to the end of season 3 and reading a few comments here to get a feel for the 4th, Im not too surprised that the show went downhill with gusto.. with all this giving and taking away of powers (and seemingly no planned conclusion on Krings end) its no wonder things are getting more and more awkward.. I'm just loving to rip on all the lazy inconsistencies/writing at this point as my hope dies.. (does Claire have to push earrings through her lobe flesh everyday after they close? is there DNA in the clothes when Sylar shapeshifts that come with the new bodies? when will they get over themselves? oy! the brooding emotions!)..

Well, I loved the fact that Peter is badass again, and I loved how they did it. The rest is meh.

Is he really badass again tho'?
He spent most of the season wandering around looking frustrated with his plotline and in the end it took Nathan charging in against Sylar to actually get Peter to do anything other than fly around rescuing people from bad plotlines.
So they gave him the shapeshifter ability at the end, but anyone's guess if that sticks and even if it does, we already saw Sylar do the whole 'waaah, i'm losing my identity' plotline.
I would almost give them credit for bringing us full circle to the 'Sylar replaces Nathan' future we saw back in the first season except that when you go thru two or three OTHER 'alternate future' storylines (evil plague, everybody's super), ending where we started, right down to Bennet and Angela running "the Company" all over again, just doesn't wow me.
NBC is in enuf trouble that this show coming back was a foregone conclusion, and it seems the masses are still willing to watch, no matter how mediocre the show gets.
And i'm split on this, because on the one hand, i WANT more genre tv, but on the other hand, i want it to be GOOD, not this.
- Abyss, ...could have lived without 'Ali Larter, water assassin' too...

Yeah, they are getting pretty silly with that. Why kill off the character if they were going to use the actor?

So...
2hr premiere last week.
New ep last night.
Anyone watching?
I saw two minutes of Claire with her new roomate, and about a minute of Hiro and Ando being mauled, shredded and then ripped entirely from the timespace continuum such that they had never existed... sorry that was just wishfull thinking...
I have them recorded, but... meh.

I watched the season premiere last night and was pleased overall with it - there were some nice developments and set-ups for the coming season and it was pretty entertaining. There were a couple deaths I didn't see coming, so that was nice (but no one major, really). I will be tuning in until it inevitably runs off the rails and crashes and burns in a twisted pile of plot holes and inanity...
Why can't I quit you, Heroes?
