I have no idea.
Well, looked her up. I recognise her latest series from the shelves, might look into that. Looks like I'd have to get the Flat Earth ones from Amazon marketplace.
I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you.

If I could find His books, I would read the hell out of them.

But I have searched and searched to no avail. I get my credit card soon .... maybe then I shall order online.

Might not belong in this forum, as it's not fantasy, but a good read in any case: The Prince, by Niccolò Machiavelli.

Still, it's not fiction by any means, so you might want to ignore this post. ;)

Use the internet man! Roger Zelazny is a must-read. In particular the first 5 Amber books (available in omnibus now), Lord of Light and This Immortal. All are great.

@ potsherds
Tanith Lee's Flat Earth was amazing. I read the first three years and years ago and never did read the fourth. Does anyone know how we can lobby Gollancz to issue an omnibus edition of the set in their Fantasy Masterworks series? I can't think of another out-of-print fantasy series that deserves to be on the 'A list' more.

Did anyone ever read any of the Chronicles of an Age of Darkness by Hugh Cook? They were published in the UK back in the 80s and early 90s (only the first couple were published in the USA). I think those were really far ahead of their time in their combination of sword & sorcery, humour and unremittingly cynical protaganists.... or am I romanticising the books of my idyllic youth? Anyone one else out there ever read them?

I remember these. I never read them, but kept seeing them in the second-hand bookstore. I never picked them up as they didn't have the first book. Apparently the author planned a sixty volume series  , but disappointing sales saw it draw to a close after the tenth volume.

I found a fan page here and a Wiki page here.
