Na dann!
Shins sind großartig. Und seit Garden State werden die auch immer populärer.

I tried listening to some "screamo" based upon what you fellers labelled songs like that from this thread.

I don't get it. Not to impy it's crappy music because lord knows I listen to my share of questionably decent music. I just don't see the audio appeal. Different strokes, different folks.

I'm a listening to

Ten Years After - I'm Going Home (Live at Woodstock Version)

I'd argue it's one of the best rock songs ever made. Just killer.

Rodeo: If you're going on Leoman's definition of screamo, you've probably ended up with something that isn't screamo :D There's a lot of argument in internet music circles about emo/hardcore/screamo/metalcore, which all seem to be somewhat related, and a lot of n00bs mislabel something and get flamed for it :p Personally I have little to no idea about what defines these genres except metalcore, but that's ok as I don't listen to the other ones :p

Someone asked me to explain the differences between emo and screamo. I told them screamo was a heavier version of emo. Unfortunately I don't really know what emo is, by itself... :D I like some screamo and metalcore bands like Finch, Underoath and Bullet for my Valentine...

Currently listening to Incubus - Wish You were Here...

I just didn't dig the sound of some dude screaming his balls off into my ear. If I wanted that, I would roll down my window and cut off a fancy car in traffic.

I'm not sure why I like this song so much but damnit, it's been stuck in my head all week.
