Probably cause its good?

And i never even heard of screamo but judging from the definition at wikipedia it just seems like another sub-sub-sub genre the world doesnt need a definition for.

Why dont we cut a long process short and give each band their own genre? I mean, tech metal? Chaotic hardcore? Vedic metal? I dont get the point...

King's Crossing - Elliott Smith (been listening to it on repeat for two days now)

The Trews - Tired Of Waiting

I absolutely should not like this song. But I do. Their singer is reasonably awesome.

I'm a big Trews fan. They put on a great show live. Their music isn't fancy or even original but they do it well.

My favourite of their stuff is their live album Alive Behind the Green Door [Live]

Swagger is a good place to start as well.

Audioslave - The Curse.

This doesnt seem like it will fit with alot of the tunes ive seen posted, but if you listen to hiphop, independant/underground specifically, check out One A.M. from Diverse, its a couple years old but its still a nice album. Anyone here ever listen?
