And so the First denied their Mother,
in their fury, and so were cast out,
doomed children of Mother Dark.

Rush - Retrospective I - III
Up until the early 90s, I owned every Rush album. Then kind of drifted away from them. Moved a few times, got rid of my collection. Saw them again a couple years back, and though Geddy Lee's vocal cords are pretty much shot after 30+ years, I still love those guys.
Fuck the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for not inducting them.

OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

15 years after first listening to Wu-Tang, I still love them. I thought I'd grow out of it by now.

This brought the glimmer of a smile to my face.

Had my old running playlist playing for a bit of background noise, and couldn't stop grinning when this instrumental rock tune came on
The track is SEMAPHORE by the band KINSKI.
I know some people won't like the intro, but i like the way it builds up the song before the more standard guitar/bass/drums kick in around the 2min mark. I love this i my headphones cos you can really pick out the different instruments (particularly the bass mid way through the song).
