Say hello to Football Season, and the Packers dominating the game. Our new 3-4 defense is looking good and our offense is epic. Good solid rushing and an awesome passing package.

I like this guy. We always can use more PAckers fans around here.

I'm not buying the Packers, sorry. 3-4 defenses look good in preseason because they don't get seen a lot and people don't really gameplan for the peculiarities of them. In the regular season, formation doesn't count for squat. It's players that matter. And quite frankly, I don't see anyone on that tired Packer's defensive line that is going to stop Hutchinson, McKinnie, and Adrian Peterson behind them from running downhill all game long at them. And those inside linebackers aren't going to hold up when getting mauled by guards. The reason people stopped playing the 3-4 is it was a porous run defense.

I think the Packers are the most overrated team by the preseason pickers. I'd say 8-8 and 3rd place in the North. Honestly, I think the Bears are overrated too. No wide receivers and their defense has been fading for years now. Cutler is not Joe Montana, no matter how much people want to act like he is. And even if he was, he doesn't catch the ball or tackle the other team (too often, at least). Their leading receiver last year was a running back. That isn't a recipe to win games.

If you happen to be a Vikings fan, well I shall enjoy watching Farve getting sack and if you are not, then I can't wait till we show our stuff. I'm thinking 12-4 or 13-3 and a postseason.

I am rooting for the Cardinals and we are playing your division. I aint looking forward to meeting either the Packers, Vikings, Bears. 1 or 2 victories in those 3 games will make me happy and hoppefully it is enough to get into the playoffs.

Pats - 49ers final I think. No reason for this at all. It would be fun to watch in the final though. :)

Sweet! Good to see some NFC North fans to rumble with. I gotta stay away from the ASOIAF football thread; between the Favre hatred and some idiot that keeps ranting about how the Bengals are going to dominate the AFC...well, I couldn't take anymore.

Pfft... Bengals? A bunch of pussycats is what they are. They got to show that they are big game material, instead of just ranting about it all the time. Donald Driver = the originial Ocho Cinco, plus he is the most underrated wideout in the NFL. He makes more catches then the Bengal's whole pass game. *Disclaimer: Exaggerations have been used in the above message, though it is approve by Mutzy's Corporation of Packer Fans*

Dude, Troy Polamalu is friggin good.

And the Bengals MIGHT get to 8-8 if they play their asses off.

Cedric Benson is starting at RB. I'm sure the Pack and Viking fans on here were sad to see him leave Chicago.

I was thinking the same for Troy Polamalu. His interception was nasty. Plus his speed has been wrecking the Titans offense.

I respect the Steeler's defensive package and their offensive package is solid so far, a little weak on the passing, but solid.

Adrian Peterson is so good it's not even fair. Favre did a good job managing the game, did exactly what they needed him to do. It feels so wrong and dirty to be rooting for the Vikings, but that makes it more exciting. I feel like I'm cheating on the Packers.

Oh well, they're on later. It's ok to stray as long as you end up at home at the end of the day, right?
