18 years and nigh on two months extra. I think and act much my older. It's still good to take adults aback by sheer confidence, but by reasoned confidence. Adults don't expect one to be so driven at times.

49. Getting old aint too bad, its just the aches and pains of worn out joints that go with it that makes one wish to be younger I dont miss the acne curse thats for sure. To have accsess to a High Denul healer would be great. sure beats taking pills by the handfull.

I'm 23. And looking forward to grow up some day. If I could just stop playing videogames and reading fantasy novels all the time I might just... Nah, who am I kidding? I won't be grown up until I have a wife and kids ;)

"I think i was a bad person before. Before this time. I do not try to be good now but i am not bad. Perhaps if i try harder i may get a better hand dealt next time? But surely that makes it pointless? Perhaps i am good. Just good at being pointless. But that would make me bad. Bad at having a point. Ah…. I see now. I was nothing before, I am nothing now. I am bad purely because im pointless. "

im 16. im also an unusual reader though. learned to read in middle of first grade, finished lord of the rings by the end of fourth. started wheel of time in sixth or seventh. don't know if I count as being over the generation gap that low, or if I'm just an outlier. Only managed to get one of my friends to go partway through the series.

You can't just say that and not post your age :folken:

@ tharinock: it gives me a warm feeling to hear that not all kids are slaves to the shiny screens. Also, I believe you could be tying with Leoman as youngest on the board! Especially since Krupee neglects to post his age, so we will just assume he is 35 :D

how it works for me is if I have a good book, any of the books in this series will work, once i finish homework i will usually read for awhile. Also bring books to school for bus rides and when i finish tests in half the given time. If I am not reading a good book and have free time I usually play on computer. Then again, i have not had much free time do to extra-curricular stuff and Dungeons and Dragons night every Friday at the local nerd shop. although i have stayed up until 4:00 am on weekends playing everquest 2 or about a thousand other games.
