Mekros cities seem like a pretty shitty place to live. Seems like SE is going to the well a little too often. Where should this character come from.... lets destroy another mekros city.
Seems more likely only one destroyed city with people not having full info or not sharing full info.

He's really got it in for those poor Meckros hasn't he. Don't they find a dead/abandoned Meckros city in MoI when that guard takes Toc out for some fresh air, or is that something else?
