They all ascended. Not every Bridgeburner was at Raraku, but I think everyone known as a Bridgeburner did ascend. Paran and Apsalar are special cases, and I don't know about those still living. I would assume they will ascend when they die.
I always thought it was a combination of Paran's blessing and the Tano song that brought about the ascension.
Alive Bridgeburners: will they ascend or not?

That would make sense, as the Tanno song seems to be...aspected...to the Raraku circle, while the blessing sort of transcends that. Well, who else besides Twist was in Moon's Spawn? I forget...but Twist wasn't the only non-Bridgeburner, was he? I think Twist should ascend, too.

Twist was hard: he should ascend.
Just my view, childish as it is I'm sticking to it.

Silverfox's two bodyguards were in there too - pretty sure they were part of the Host, not Bridgeburners.
It would be good to see more of Twist.

It would be good to have more of Twist's past explained. That one chapter opening quote was tantalizing.
Whiskeyjack ascended would be interesting, but even more interesting is what Rake may have done to the body - did he form some sort of protective magic cordon ala Tattersail to Nightchill's corpse?

Well, since SE said that Whiskeyjack's not coming back, it matters little what was done to the body.
